What We Do Not Take
For safety, legal and environmental reasons, there are a small number of items we cannot collect. We are always upfront about this.

- ☢️ Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
- 💊 Medicines and pharmaceuticals
- 🧪 Chemical waste or laboratory materials
- 🔋 Loose batteries in bulk (small quantities OK)
- 🛏️ Mattresses with visible bed bugs — not accepted
- 📦 Items in black recycling bags — not accepted
- 🗺️ Jutland: full cleanouts only, no single items
- ⚖️ Items over 200 kg — quote required first
- 🔥 Gas cylinders — must be empty and certified safe
