Electronics Recycling & Disposal Copenhagen — Get It All Service ApS

Get It All Service ApS collects and recycles old electronic devices and e-waste across Copenhagen, Greater Copenhagen and all of Denmark. Old televisions, computers, monitors, printers, phones, kitchen appliances and all other electronic equipment — we collect from your address and take everything to certified Danish WEEE recycling facilities so it is processed correctly and legally.

Throwing electronics in the bin is not just environmentally harmful — it is illegal in Denmark. All electrical and electronic equipment must be disposed of through an approved collection scheme. We make that process completely simple. You do not need to find a genbrugscenter, arrange transport or figure out which facility takes which item. We handle everything.

English-speaking team. Open Monday–Saturday 07:30–18:00 and Sunday 10:30–17:00. CVR 36730595.

Can I donate it instead?

Yes — and we always assess for donation before recycling. Working smartphones, laptops, tablets, and TVs go to Danish social organisations working with low-income households, elderly people, and refugees — including Røde Kors (Red Cross), Kirkens Korshær, and tech-for-good initiatives across Copenhagen. Working gaming consoles and audio equipment are rehomed through Danish genbrugsstationer and charity networks. If a device is functional and safe to pass on, it goes to someone who can use it rather than a recycling facility.

If donation matters to you, tell us when you book. Only devices that are broken, too old to function, or contain hazardous components go to certified WEEE recycling — where materials including gold, copper, lithium, and rare earth elements are recovered rather than wasted.

Why electronics cannot go in the bin in Denmark

In Denmark, all electrical and electronic waste — elektronikaffald or e-affald — falls under the EU WEEE Directive, implemented in Danish law through the Miljøstyrelsen and the Danish producer responsibility system. This means every electronic device, from a smartphone to a washing machine, must be returned to an approved collection point or collected by a licensed waste handler.

The reason is chemical. Electronics contain a range of hazardous substances — lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium, flame retardants and refrigerant gases — that leach into the soil and groundwater if sent to landfill. They also contain valuable recoverable materials — gold, silver, copper, lithium, rare earth elements — that can be reclaimed and reused if processed correctly.

When you book Get It All Service ApS to collect your electronics, every item goes to a certified Danish WEEE recycling facility where it is processed by licensed technicians. You are legally protected, environmentally responsible and the materials are recovered rather than wasted.

Electronics we collect and recycle

We take all types of electrical and electronic equipment from private homes, apartments, offices and commercial premises across Denmark.

Computers and peripherals Desktop computers, laptop computers, computer monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, external hard drives, USB hubs, routers and networking equipment. Before we collect, please wipe all personal data from devices — see the data security section below.

Televisions and screens Flat screen TVs (all sizes and brands), old CRT televisions, monitors, DVD and Blu-ray players, VHS players, stereo systems, amplifiers, speakers, set-top boxes and home cinema equipment. Screens contain materials requiring certified WEEE processing — we handle all of them.

Mobile phones and tablets Smartphones, tablets and e-readers. Please remove your SIM card, factory reset the device and remove any account connections before we collect.

Kitchen electronics and small appliances Microwaves, coffee machines, toasters, kettles, blenders, food processors, electric hobs, rice cookers and all small kitchen electronics.

Large kitchen appliances with electronic components Modern refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers contain significant electronic components and refrigerant systems that require WEEE processing. We handle these under both our appliance removal and electronics recycling service.

Power tools Corded and cordless drills, jigsaws, sanders, circular saws, heat guns and other power tools — both domestic and professional grade.

Gaming and leisure electronics Games consoles, controllers, handheld devices and gaming peripherals. Please remove your accounts from consoles before collection.

Office and commercial electronics Photocopiers, fax machines, telephone systems, server equipment, network switches and commercial AV equipment. Contact us for a custom quote on larger commercial volumes.

Batteries and power banks Rechargeable batteries, laptop batteries, power banks and battery packs — a hazardous waste stream that must not go in ordinary waste.

Any electronic item not listed Contact us at info@giaservice.dk — we take most consumer and commercial electronics regardless of age or condition.

Data security — what to do before we collect your devices

⚠️ We do not erase data — please wipe all devices before handover. See the steps below.

Computers and laptops Back up files, then perform a factory reset or use disk wiping software. On Windows: Reset This PC → Remove everything. On Mac: Disk Utility → erase drive, then reinstall macOS.

Smartphones and tablets Back up, sign out of all accounts (Apple ID, Google), factory reset, remove SIM card.

External hard drives and USB drives Use disk wiping software — simply deleting files does not remove them.

If you are unsure Tell us when you book. For business data on commercial equipment, we recommend a certified data destruction service before collection.
