Garden Waste Removal Copenhagen — Get It All Service ApS

Get It All Service ApS removes garden waste, green waste and haveaffald from private gardens, kolonihaver, allotments and commercial outdoor spaces across Copenhagen, Greater Copenhagen and all of Denmark. Whether you have finished a full garden clearance, completed a seasonal tidy, cut down a tree or simply accumulated more garden waste than your regular bins can handle — we collect from your address and dispose of everything responsibly.

Garden waste is one of the most common items that exceeds what Danish municipal waste collection can accept. We solve that problem entirely. English-speaking team. Open Monday–Saturday 07:30–18:00 and Sunday 10:30–17:00. CVR 36730595.

Garden waste removal in Denmark — what the municipal system does not cover

Danish kommuner offer haveaffald collection for many residential properties, but the municipal garden waste system has significant limitations that leave property owners and gardeners stuck.

Volume limits Scheduled municipal garden waste collections have maximum volume limits. A full garden clearance, a tree removal or a major landscaping project generates volumes that far exceed what any scheduled collection can handle.

Scheduled timing Haveaffald collection in Copenhagen and most Danish kommuner operates on a fixed seasonal schedule — typically spring and autumn. If you have garden waste outside those windows or need it cleared urgently before a garden renovation, property sale or event, the municipal schedule does not help you.

Material restrictions Municipal haveaffald collections typically accept grass clippings, leaves and soft cuttings. Thick branches, tree stumps, soil, sod, treated timber, fencing and landscaping materials are commonly excluded.

Kolonihave and allotment restrictions Danish kolonihave associations have specific rules about waste disposal on site. Large volumes of garden waste cannot simply be composted on the plot — they need to be removed. We handle kolonihave garden clearances across Copenhagen.

Get It All Service ApS collects garden waste of any volume, any material type and at any time of year. We load, transport and dispose of everything at the appropriate Danish green waste and composting facilities.

Garden waste we collect in Denmark

Grass clippings and lawn cuttings Bagged or loose grass clippings from lawn mowing — any quantity. We collect alongside other garden waste or as a standalone job for large volumes.

Hedge and shrub trimmings Clippings from box hedges, privet, forsythia, roses and all garden shrubs. Thorny material — roses, hawthorn, berberis — handled with appropriate protective equipment.

Tree branches and prunings Branches of all sizes from pruning, storm damage and tree work. We collect branches that have been cut and left on the ground — you do not need to chip or bag them first.

Tree stumps and root balls Tree stumps after felling and large root balls from removed shrubs and trees. Heavy, awkward and impossible to put in ordinary bins — we collect and take to specialist composting or wood waste facilities.

Leaves and seasonal waste Autumn leaf clearance — a significant seasonal task in Danish gardens with mature trees. We collect large volumes of leaves from gardens, driveways and kolonihave plots.

Soil and turf — sod Excavated soil, old turf rolls and sod removed during garden renovation. Soil is heavy and cannot go in ordinary waste — we collect and arrange appropriate disposal or reuse.

Weeds and invasive plants Common Danish garden weeds and invasive species including Japanese knotweed — japansk pileurt — which requires specialist disposal in Denmark. Japanese knotweed is classified as an invasive species under Danish law and must be disposed of at an approved facility — it cannot be composted at home or at a standard genbrugscenter. If you have Japanese knotweed in your garden, tell us when you book and we will handle it correctly.

Old fencing and garden edging Timber fencing panels, fence posts, garden edging, trellis and wooden border structures. Treated timber is separated and processed as hazardous wood waste at approved Danish facilities.

Landscape timber and decking Old decking boards, raised bed timbers, sleepers and landscape timber. Treated with pressure treatment or chemical preservatives — handled separately from clean timber.

Garden furniture in poor condition Broken plastic garden furniture, deteriorated wooden garden sets and outdoor items beyond repair. Collected alongside green waste and disposed of in the appropriate stream.

Compost heap clearance Old compost heap contents that have not decomposed correctly or that are being removed as part of a full garden clearance. We bag, load and take to the appropriate Danish facility.

Garden waste disposal in Denmark — how it is processed

At Get It All Service ApS we direct garden waste to the most appropriate Danish facility based on the material.

Clean green waste — grass, leaves, soft prunings Taken to Danish composting facilities — komposteringsanlæg — where it is processed into compost that is used in Danish agriculture and horticulture. This is the most circular waste stream in Danish garden waste management.

Wood waste — clean timber, branches, stumps Taken to wood waste recycling facilities where it becomes wood chip mulch or biomass fuel. Large tree stumps go to specialist stump grinding services before composting.

Treated timber and fencing Processed as hazardous wood waste at specialist Danish facilities. Treated timber cannot be composted or burned in ordinary wood waste streams due to the chemical preservatives it contains.

Soil and turf Assessed for reuse at local landscaping projects where possible. Soil in good condition can often be directed to community gardens, allotments or landscaping projects rather than disposal.

Invasive species — Japanese knotweed Processed at approved disposal facilities under Danish invasive species regulations. Never composted or sent to standard green waste streams.

Garden waste removal for Danish gardens and kolonihaver

Private gardens in Copenhagen Copenhagen gardens range from tiny courtyard gardens in the inner city to larger suburban gardens in Gentofte, Lyngby and Brøndby. We serve them all. For gardens with limited vehicle access we assess the collection approach before arrival.

Kolonihave clearances Danish kolonihave — allotment gardens — are found across Copenhagen in areas including Brønshøj, Valby, Amager and Vanløse. Many associations have rules about waste volumes on plots and require clearance by a professional service. We handle kolonihave garden clearances regularly and understand the specific access and timing requirements of allotment sites.

Terrace and balcony gardens Copenhagen apartment terraces and balconies accumulate old plant pots, soil bags, dead plants and outdoor items. We collect from terraces and balconies when access allows — contact us with details.

Commercial and institutional gardens Hotels, restaurants, schools, housing associations and commercial properties with outdoor green spaces requiring professional garden waste clearance.
