How a route works
You send the stops. We run the route.
Paste your stops as a list or straight from a spreadsheet. GIA plans the vehicle, the order of stops and any time windows, collects at your address and delivers stop by stop, logging proof of delivery at every handover. Recurring routes keep the same plan each run, and you can add or remove stops before an agreed cut-off.

What is the difference between courier and distribution?
Courier is one collection and one destination, driven directly. Distribution is one collection and many destinations, or a route that repeats every day, week or month.
How much does a distribution route cost in Copenhagen?
A multi-stop route starts from DKK 1,495 excl. VAT, a recurring business route from DKK 1,495 per run and retail replenishment from DKK 1,695. The planner shows the full estimate for your stops before you send the request.
Can you run a fixed weekly route?
Yes. Routes can run daily, on weekdays, weekly or monthly. The route keeps the same plan each run, and stops can be added or removed before an agreed cut-off.
Do you collect from our warehouse?
Yes. GIA always collects at your address, whether that is a warehouse, an office or a store.
Do you provide proof of delivery?
A standard delivery confirmation is included at every stop. Recipient signature or photo proof can be added.
Can a route include pallets?
Yes. A Luton van with tail lift takes about four EUR pallets. Larger loads are planned on more vehicles or a truck.
