Where to Find Your GIA Driver
Our driver cannot enter the terminal to meet you inside. Here is exactly where to find us — takes under 2 minutes to reach from arrivals.
- 1 Collect your bags from the baggage reclaim belt in Terminal 3.
- 2 Exit through the arrivals gate — follow the green exit signs. Walk straight through the sliding doors.
- 3 Turn left immediately after exiting the building. Walk along the kerb toward the tourist bus and coach parking area.
- 4 Look for the GIA Service sign — our driver stands at the tourist bus stand holding a GIA sign with your name. This is approximately 80 metres from the arrivals exit.
- ✓ Hand over your bags — your driver will confirm your name and booking, load the bags and confirm the delivery address.
