How should the goods move?
Weight + dimensions
Add each shippable item or packed unit with its real weight and dimensions. Furniture, equipment, pallets, crates, personal effects and other suitable goods are welcome. Chargeable weight may be higher than scale weight for bulky items.
Describe it using Other, or email info@giaservice.dk. GIA can review unusual, oversized, multi-item or specialist international shipping requests manually.
GIA plans the right vehicle from your luggage count. You only need to change this when you specifically want several vehicles, staged arrivals or delivery to two addresses.
We only ask for the travel information GIA needs to plan this selected journey.
For airport collection, enter the scheduled arrival time. For airport delivery, enter the scheduled departure time.
We plan backwards from this so your bags are never the reason you wait.
Business bookings can be invoiced monthly instead of paid by card.
Photographed bags strengthen the handover record and make identification easier. Add up to 12; your GIA reference appears immediately while photos finish securely in the background.

Local pricing and online booking
The luggage calculator uses your route, number of bags and applicable handling details to build the local estimate. Eligible planned fixed-price journeys can continue to secure online card checkout after the request is safely stored with its GIA reference. Express luggage requests remain subject to vehicle capacity and timing confirmation before payment commitment.

Every submitted luggage transfer is connected to its GIA reference. Pickup and delivery contacts, luggage photos and proof requirements can stay connected to the same journey and tracking reference.
