How fast do you need it?
Choose the service level that matches the real deadline. Same-day and urgent work is capacity-checked from GIA's Albertslund operating base before we promise dispatch.
Express requests are prioritised, but a displayed estimate is never a promise of impossible timing. Large volumes remain welcome and move into protected capacity validation rather than being rejected.

Where from and where to?
For worldwide shipping, enter the physical collection and final delivery points. GIA will select the suitable international transport route — air, road, sea or a combined carrier service — based on the destination, package profile and available service level. Local pickup to the carrier is arranged by GIA where required.

Danish addresses are verified against the official register. For airports and terminals, just type the name.
The first 20 km are included. From kilometre 21, the calculator adds DKK 21/km excl. VAT. Routes above 150 km receive a manual review.
Second delivery address
You chose to split the load between two addresses. A second delivery point adds DKK 585 excl. VAT — it is a separate stop, unloading and handover.

GIA plans the right vehicle from your luggage count. You only need to change this when you specifically want several vehicles, staged arrivals or delivery to two addresses.

We do not ship goods that are prohibited under Danish export law, EU export regulations or the import laws of the destination country. This includes: narcotics and controlled substances, CITES-restricted wildlife products and animal skins, cultural property requiring export permits, weapons and ammunition, hazardous materials requiring specialist hazmat certification, counterfeit goods, and items subject to international trade sanctions.
