How it works
You pack. We collect, load and move it.
Tell us where you are moving and how big your home is. GIA sends a written fixed-price quote. You pack your belongings, and we can deliver moving boxes for that. On collection day the crew carries everything out, lists it on the inventory and loads it for the journey by road or by container, and you receive the inventory with your reference.

Before you move
A calm move starts weeks ahead.
- Decide what goes. Shipping costs depend on volume, so sell, give away or clear what you do not need. We can take the rest to recycling with junk removal.
- Book early. Tell us your moving date as soon as you know it, so collection fits your lease and travel.
- Check the rules at your destination. Many countries have their own rules for importing household goods. See our guide to shipping belongings abroad.

Your inventory lists everything that leaves your home, and you receive it with your GIA reference. For moves outside the EU, the destination country usually asks for its own declaration. Duties, taxes and clearance at the destination remain your responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

If you leave before your new home is ready, your belongings can wait at our warehouse in Albertslund and ship when you are ready. Storage costs from DKK 1,285 per week incl. VAT for 3 m². See storage.

Get It All Service ApS was founded on 26 April 2015 and is registered under CVR 36730595. Our base and warehouse are at Læhegnet 73 in Albertslund, and our teams drive out from there across Greater Copenhagen and Zealand.
We are insured with If Skadeforsikring, and basic transport insurance is included on every job. The team speaks English and Danish, and we are open Monday to Saturday 07:30–18:00 and Sunday 10:30–17:00. You always get a written price before we start. Read more about us.

How much does an international move from Copenhagen cost?
Every international move is quoted as a fixed price, based on the volume of your belongings, the destination and access at both addresses. Send the request form and GIA replies with a written quote.
How do I know the volume of my home?
As a rough guide, a studio or 1-room flat is often 10 to 15 m³, a 2-room flat 20 to 30 m³ and a 3-room flat 30 to 45 m³. Choose the size of your home in the form and GIA confirms the volume before quoting.
Do you pack my belongings?
You pack your belongings yourself, and GIA can deliver moving boxes to your door. On the day, the crew carries everything out, lists it on the inventory and loads it.
Which countries do you move to?
Across Europe by road, including Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Norway and Sweden, and worldwide by sea container.
Can my belongings be stored before the move?
Yes. GIA can keep your belongings at the depot in Albertslund until your new home is ready.
Do you help companies relocating staff?
Yes. GIA works with HR teams and relocation agencies, with one reference and one inventory per employee.
Can you collect outside Copenhagen?
Yes. We collect anywhere on Zealand. The first 20 km from our base are included, then DKK 21 per km one way.
What cannot be shipped?
Gas bottles, fuel, paint, aerosols and loose batteries cannot go in the boxes, and every shipment must contain legal items only.
Who pays duties and taxes?
Duties, taxes and clearance at the destination remain your responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
