Every quote on this page is an estimate based on what you tell us. The reality is that one person's "2-bedroom apartment" can contain twice the volume of another's. To give you a binding, no-surprise price, we offer a professional pre-move survey.
Our calculator provides a good-faith estimate based on the information you provide. However, international moving prices are sensitive to the actual volume of your belongings — and this is almost always larger than people expect.
The estimate you receive is not a binding contract. A binding quote is issued only after a pre-move survey. We recommend all customers book a survey to avoid surprises on moving day. Undeclared volume discovered on moving day will be charged at the agreed per-m³ rate — no exceptions.
All prices include a fuel surcharge buffer reflecting current diesel prices in Denmark (~17–18 DKK/L as of 2025). International freight rates are also affected by geopolitical factors, port congestion, and seasonal demand. Our prices are reviewed quarterly. The quote you receive is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
