How quickly can you be at my address?
For bookings confirmed before 12:00, we typically arrive within 1–3 hours depending on your location in Copenhagen and our team's current schedule. We tell you the arrival time during the call — before you commit to anything.
What if you cannot help me today?
We will tell you immediately and honestly — within the first 3 minutes of the call. We do not keep you waiting on a vague promise. If we cannot do it today, we will tell you what we can do and when, so you can make other plans if needed.
Is the 50% surcharge standard?
Yes. Every emergency booking carries a flat 50% surcharge on our standard rates. It covers the cost of rapid dispatch and schedule reorganisation. The exact price is confirmed before we start. There are no additional surprise charges.
Are emergency jobs insured?
Yes. Every job — including emergency bookings — is fully insured through Tryg, Denmark's largest insurer. The surcharge does not reduce your coverage. Your belongings, building and the job itself are protected exactly as in a standard booking.
Can I book emergency service for businesses?
Yes. We handle emergency pallet delivery, office clearances, logistics failures and business-critical same-day operations. Companies and landlords are welcome to call us directly. We can also set up ongoing service agreements for businesses that need reliable backup coverage.
My mover took my deposit and disappeared — what can I do?
This unfortunately does happen in Copenhagen. Your immediate priority is to secure a replacement to complete your move. Call us first — we can often help the same day. After the move, you can pursue the original company through the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) for your deposit.
Do you cover all of Copenhagen for emergency service?
Yes — all Copenhagen postcodes, Frederiksberg, Albertslund, Hellerup, Amager, Østerbro, Vesterbro, Nordhavn and Greater Copenhagen. For emergency pallet delivery we also cover Greater Zealand. If you are unsure whether your address is in range, call us and we confirm immediately.
Can you handle international moving emergencies?
Yes, with conditions. If your international mover has cancelled or failed to appear, call us immediately. We can assess whether we have capacity to assist with coordination, partial moves or storage bridging. International emergency moves require a custom quote — there is no standard rate. Can I book emergency service on a Sunday?
Yes. We are open Sunday 10:30–17:00 — one of the very few service companies in Copenhagen that operates on Sundays. Sunday availability is subject to team capacity. Call as early in the day as possible to maximise the chance of same-day service.
