Your first night in Copenhagen, in your own bed.
Most Copenhagen apartments are on the third, fourth or fifth floor of an older building, often without a lift, with a narrow staircase and paid street parking outside. That is a lot to manage from abroad. We do it for you before you arrive.
We collect your furniture from the store or receive your online delivery, carry it up the stairs, assemble it, clean the apartment, unpack your boxes and collect your keys. You get photos of the finished home before your flight. We work every day in Indre By, Vesterbro, Nørrebro, Østerbro, Nordhavn, Christianshavn, Sydhavn and Valby, from our warehouse in Albertslund.
What we do before you arrive
Everything done, up every stair.
Furniture collected
From IKEA, JYSK, BoConcept, Ilva and online shops. Order with delivery to a store or our warehouse, send us the order number, and we bring it to your door.
Carried up, not left on the street
Couriers often deliver to the ground floor only. We carry every box up the stairs and into the right room, including sofas and wardrobes.
Assembled and fixed
Beds, PAX wardrobes, tables and shelves assembled and fixed safely to the wall. Old Copenhagen walls can be brick or plaster; we bring the right plugs.
Cleaned and unpacked
The apartment cleaned before and after assembly, boxes unpacked, kitchen set up and beds made.
Keys and photos
We collect the keys from your landlord or agent and photograph each room and any existing marks for your move-in report.
Luggage from the airport
We meet you at Copenhagen Airport and take your suitcases home, so you can take the Metro with your hands free.

What we know about Copenhagen homes.
Stairs and lifts
Tell us the floor and whether there is a lift. Large items like corner sofas sometimes do not fit a narrow staircase, and we will tell you before you order.
Parking
Most of the city has paid parking zones. We plan our van, loading time and any permits, so you do not have to.
Cardboard and packaging
A new home creates a mountain of cardboard. We take it away and recycle it, so it does not end up in your building’s bins or backyard.
Building rules
Many buildings have quiet hours and rules about drilling. We work inside those hours and respect the neighbours you are about to meet.

1. Build your package
Tick what we should do and add your arrival date and address.
2. Written price
Within 2 to 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you accept.
3. We prepare
Collect, carry, assemble, clean and unpack, with updates as we go.
4. You land
Photos before your flight, and a home ready on arrival.
My apartment is on the 5th floor without a lift. Is that a problem?
No. Most of our Copenhagen jobs are on upper floors without a lift. Tell us the floor in the form, and we plan enough people and time for the stairs.
Can you receive my IKEA or online delivery?
Yes. Either we collect the order at the store, or you choose delivery to our warehouse in Albertslund. Send us the order number and the expected date.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how much furniture, how many boxes, the floor and the dates. You get one written price for the whole package before anything starts.
I arrive before my keys are ready. What happens?
We store your furniture and boxes in our warehouse and bring everything to the apartment on the day the keys are ready.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are insured with If Skadeforsikring.
