Sizes between 3 and 10 m² are priced by the space you actually need. Send the request form with a short list and a few photos, and you receive a written price before we collect anything.
How it works
You book. We do the rest.
Storage with GIA is built for busy people. You do not rent a van, you do not carry, and you do not drive to a storage facility.
We collect at your door. The team arrives at your home or office at the agreed time, carries everything out, wraps the furniture in blankets and loads the vehicle. You do not lift a thing.
Your belongings are kept dry and secure. Everything is stored at our depot in Albertslund, protected from moisture, dust and damage and monitored by camera. We treat your belongings as if they were our own.
You get them back when you want. When you need something again, let us know. We deliver within 2 working days to any address in Copenhagen and Greater Copenhagen. If it is urgent, call +45 93 84 13 33 and we do what we can to deliver the same day or the next day.
You can also visit the depot by appointment. If you need to drop off and pick up items very often, a traditional self-storage unit may suit you better, and we will tell you so honestly.

Danish and international companies with an office, showroom or stock in Denmark use GIA when they need space for a period without signing a warehouse lease.
We store stock, office furniture, equipment and pallets, and deliver onwards with our own pallet transport when the goods need to go out again. Business customers receive invoices in English, in DKK, with the CVR number, and EAN invoicing is available for public customers.
We collect from any address in Denmark and deliver back to any address in Denmark, or to a freight forwarder when your belongings are moving abroad. The team speaks English and Danish, so colleagues at your head office can talk to us directly.
Moving at the same time? We can put it all in one plan: moving, storage and delivery to the new address, with move-out cleaning of the old one if you need it.
Good advice
How to get the most out of the space.
- Make a list. Write down what should be stored and take photos. You get a more precise price, and it is easy to ask for one particular item back.
- Use boxes of the same size. Uniform boxes stack safely and use the space best.
- Label every box. Write the contents and the room on at least two sides.
- Empty and clean appliances. Fridges and freezers must be emptied, defrosted and dry before they go into storage.
- Tell us about fragile items. Glass, art and electronics are packed and placed so nothing presses on them from above.

A small room of 3 m² starts from DKK 1,285 per week and a large room of 10 m² costs up to DKK 3,595 per week. Pallets start from DKK 895 per week. All prices include VAT.
Do I need to bring my belongings to the depot?
No. We always collect at your address. Collection costs DKK 895 in Copenhagen and DKK 1,695 on Zealand.
How quickly can I get my belongings back?
We deliver within 2 working days to any address in Copenhagen and Greater Copenhagen. For urgent returns, call +45 93 84 13 33 and we try to deliver the same day or the next day.
Can I visit my belongings?
Yes, by appointment. Contact us and we agree a time for you to come to the depot.
Are my belongings insured?
Yes. GIA is insured with If Skadeforsikring, from collection until delivery back.
Where is the depot?
The depot is at Læhegnet 73 in Albertslund, west of Copenhagen.
Can businesses store pallets with you?
Yes. Pallets are stored from DKK 895 per week incl. VAT and can be delivered onwards with our pallet transport.
Can you deliver to a different address than the one you collected from?
Yes. We deliver to the address you choose, which is ideal when you are between two homes.
