When you need something back, contact us. We will deliver it within 2 working days to any Copenhagen or greater Copenhagen address. You do not need to come to the depot.

Do I need to bring items to your depot?
No — collection from your door is included in every plan. Our team comes to your home or office, carries items out, wraps them for protection and loads them onto our vehicle. You do not need to rent a van or make any trip to a storage facility.
How quickly can I get items back?
We deliver items back within 2 working days of your request. For urgent returns, call +45 9384 1333 and we will do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day delivery.
Is my storage insured?
Yes. All items are covered by our Tryg insurance throughout the storage period — from the moment we collect at your door to delivery back at your address. For high-value items, enhanced all-risks insurance at 3.5% of declared value is available. Confirm this when booking.
Can I access my items while they are in storage?
You can request items back for delivery within 2 working days at any time. Physical access to the depot is by appointment only — contact us to arrange. For very frequent access needs, a self-storage unit may be more suitable.
What is the minimum storage period?
One month. There is no minimum beyond this — you can cancel after your first month with 7 days notice. We will deliver your items back within 2 working days of cancellation. No cancellation fee.
Do you store business stock and office equipment?
Yes. Business storage is available with EAN billing, CVR-compliant invoices and pallet storage from DKK 895/month. We work with small businesses, e-commerce companies, offices undergoing renovation and exhibition brands needing recurring seasonal storage.
