Every contract is different. Here are the most common ongoing arrangements we provide:

Weekly waste and junk collection

Restaurants, hotels, retail stores and commercial offices generate waste that needs removing on a schedule. We collect segregated recyclable waste, cardboard, general junk, food waste packaging and bulky items on agreed days each week. We work with ARC (Amager Resource Center) for eco-compliant disposal and can coordinate with local municipal recycling facilities for sites outside Copenhagen. Ideal for: restaurant groups, hotel chains, co-working spaces, ship operators, marina facilities.

Recurring distribution and delivery runs

If you ship the same routes on the same days, a distribution contract gives you a fixed weekly rate, priority scheduling and a dedicated team who knows your delivery points. We cover Copenhagen inner city, Greater Copenhagen, Zealand and national Denmark. Multi-stop runs, pallet delivery and time-sensitive deliveries all covered. Use our Albertslund depot as an extension of your own warehouse. We store, we collect when you call, and we deliver to your customers on demand. No long-term contract required — but regular users receive preferential weekly rates. Ideal for: online retailers, event companies, pop-up businesses, seasonal stock operators.

Hotel and tourism partner contracts

GIA Service ApS is an established partner for hotels, tour operators and cruise companies operating in Copenhagen. We provide weekly or seasonal luggage transfer operations, airport collection schedules, and group logistics for cycling tours, corporate events and cruise arrivals. We currently run a weekly Sunday luggage transfer operation for a US-based luxury cycling tour operator across North Zealand and the Øresund corridor.

Tryg insured on every job. Every service we provide — whether a weekly waste collection or a one-off furniture delivery — is fully insured through Tryg, Denmark’s largest insurer. This matters for commercial clients who carry liability for their premises and operations.

How we price B2B contracts

Every contract is priced on three factors: the service type, the frequency, and the volume. Weekly contracts receive a discount over ad-hoc rates. Monthly contracts receive a further discount. Minimum contract term is negotiable — for most services we ask for a 3-month initial commitment to allow us to plan staffing and scheduling correctly.

We do not publish fixed B2B contract rates because no two operations are identical. A hotel needing weekly luggage operations for 8 months per year is a different contract from a restaurant needing twice-weekly waste removal 52 weeks per year. We assess each enquiry individually and provide a proposal within 48 hours.

Frequently asked questions — B2B contracts

What is the minimum contract length?

For most services we recommend a 3-month initial contract to allow proper scheduling and staffing. For seasonal operations (e.g. summer-only hotel logistics) we work on a seasonal basis with no minimum. There is no long-term lock-in — most clients renew because the service works, not because they are contractually obliged to.

Can we get a single invoice for multiple services?

Yes. If you use GIA Service ApS for both weekly waste collection and monthly furniture assembly, these appear as line items on a single monthly invoice. CVR-compliant invoicing as standard. EAN billing available.

Do you work outside Copenhagen for B2B contracts?

Yes. We have active or pending contracts in Helsingør, Roskilde, Gentofte, Lyngby and — subject to confirmation — Rødbyhavn on Lolland. For locations more than 80 km from Albertslund, a travel surcharge applies and is factored into the contract rate.

Do you work on Sundays?

Yes. We are one of the very few professional logistics companies in Copenhagen that operate on Sundays. Sunday operations are available from 10:30 and are included in contracts where Sunday service is required.

Can you handle confidential or sensitive commercial waste?

Yes. We provide special transport and collection for confidential documents, medical equipment and sensitive commercial materials. These are handled separately from general waste streams and disposed of according to Danish legal requirements. Ask about our confidential document collection service when requesting a contract proposal.

How quickly can you start a new contract?

For most services, we can begin within 3–5 working days of contract agreement. For complex or high-volume operations, we ask for 1–2 weeks to schedule the right team.
