Going home for the summer? Your things wait with us.
Your lease ends in June, your new room starts in August, and you have boxes, suitcases and a bike in between. We collect them from your room or dorm, keep them in our warehouse and bring them to your new address when you are back.
Get It All Service ApS is a Danish service and logistics company in Copenhagen since 2015, with our own warehouse in Albertslund and a team that speaks English and Danish. We are insured with If Skadeforsikring. Students at DTU, the University of Copenhagen (KU), CBS, ITU, RUC and every other school in Copenhagen and Zealand can book.
How it works
Pack, we collect, you fly.
1. Book before June
Tell us your collection date, what you have and roughly when you are back. June fills up first, when most leases end.
2. Pack and label
Pack your boxes and close your suitcases. Write your name and phone number on each one. We count every item with you at collection and again at delivery.
3. We collect
We collect from your room, dorm or flat at the agreed time. Show a photo ID with the name on the booking.
4. Stored over summer
Your things stay in our own warehouse in Albertslund, not in a shop or a locker.
5. Delivered when you are back
We deliver everything to your new address in August or September. Do not know the address yet? Tell us later.

Living in the same dorm? Book one collection together and split it. Choose “A group of friends” in the form.
Prices
Bags and boxes at luggage storage prices.
Suitcases, bags and moving boxes follow our luggage storage prices: collection DKK 994 incl. VAT for 1 to 3 items, DKK 119 incl. VAT for each extra item, storage never more than DKK 369 per item per month incl. VAT, and delivery back 10 % off the collection price. Use the calculator on the luggage storage page to see the exact total for your dates. A bike, a desk or other furniture gets a written price. Collection is included within 20 km of our base, which covers central Copenhagen and Frederiksberg; further away the extra distance is added in writing.
When should I book?
Before June. Most student leases end in June and July, and the collection days fill up first.
What can I store?
Boxes, suitcases, bags, a bike, a desk, a chair or other small furniture. Only legal personal belongings: no food that can spoil, no fuel or gas, no weapons and no cash.
How much does it cost?
Bags, suitcases and boxes follow our luggage storage prices: collection DKK 994 incl. VAT for 1 to 3 items, and storage never more than DKK 369 per item per month incl. VAT. Bikes and furniture get a written price.
Do you deliver to my new address?
Yes. Tell us the new address and the date, even later in the summer, and we deliver everything there.
Can my friends and I share one collection?
Yes. Choose “A group of friends” in the form and tell us how many of you there are. We plan one collection and send one written price.
Can you take my suitcases to the airport too?
Yes. Tick “Take my suitcases to the airport” in the form, or see luggage transfer.
Are my things insured?
Yes. We are insured with If Skadeforsikring, and every item is counted with you when we collect it and when we deliver it.
