Most luggage storage in Copenhagen means dragging your suitcases to a shop or a locker, and coming back for them later. We do it the other way round: we collect your bags where you are, keep them safe, and either bring them to where you need them next or leave them ready for you at Copenhagen Central Station.
Check out of your hotel in the morning and spend the day in the city with empty hands, then find your bags waiting at the airport. Store your things for the summer between two apartments. Two ways to get your bags back

We deliver them to you
We collect your bags, keep them in our warehouse, and deliver them to Copenhagen Airport, the cruise terminal, your hotel or your new home at the time you choose. For a few hours or a few months.
You pick them up at Copenhagen Central Station
We collect your bags from the airport, your hotel or anywhere in Copenhagen, and put them in a luggage locker at Copenhagen Central Station (København H). You get the locker number, the code and a photo, and you collect them whenever you are ready, for up to 10 days. Perfect before a train to Malmö, Hamburg or the airport.

We collect your bags at the hotel or Airbnb after check-out and deliver them to Copenhagen Airport, so you can enjoy your last day without suitcases.
Cruise passengers
Before or after your cruise, we collect from the ship terminal or your hotel, store your luggage and deliver it where you need it.
Between two homes
Moving out before your new home is ready? We store your suitcases, boxes and bikes for days or months, and deliver everything on the day you get the keys.
Students over the summer
Leaving Copenhagen for the holidays? We collect your boxes and suitcases from your room and bring them back in the autumn.
Before shipping abroad
Store your boxes with us while you decide, then we ship them to your new country from our warehouse.
Hotels and hosts
Hotels and short-let hosts send us guests’ luggage when rooms are full, and we deliver it when the guest is ready.
How it works
Three steps, no queues.
1. Book online
Choose the number of bags, where we collect, and how you want them back. You see the price straight away. Pay online by card when you book, or pay our driver by card at collection.
2. We collect and label
Our driver collects your bags, gives each one a GIA label with a code, and photographs them at handover. You get the photos and your reference.
3. You get them back
We deliver at the agreed time, and you can follow the driver live on a map. Or you collect them yourself at Copenhagen Central Station with the code we send you.

How to pick up your bags at Copenhagen Central Station.
1. Wait for our message
When your bags are in the locker, you get an email and an SMS with the locker number, the code, a photo of your bags in the locker, and the last time you can collect them.
2. Go to the luggage lockers
The lockers are inside Copenhagen Central Station (København H), near the Istedgade exit. Follow the signs for luggage lockers (Bagagebokse). The station area is open from 05:30 (Sundays 06:00) until 01:00.
3. Open with your code
Find your locker number and enter the code exactly as in our message. Take your bags and close the door.
4. Something wrong?
Call us on +45 93 84 13 33. Have your GIA reference ready. If you cannot come before the time in our message, tell us and we move your bags or deliver them to you instead.
The lockers belong to DSB, the Danish railway. They can be used for up to 10 days, and the locker fee is included in your price. Large items such as bikes or very big suitcases may not fit; choose delivery for those.

How is this different from luggage lockers or storage shops?
You do not carry your bags anywhere. We collect them from your hotel, Airbnb, home, ship or the airport, and either deliver them where you need them next or leave them ready for you in a locker at Copenhagen Central Station.
What does it cost?
Collection within 20 km of our base costs DKK 994 incl. VAT for 1 to 3 bags. Delivery is 10 % less. Storage in our warehouse is included on the first day, then DKK 56 per bag per day, and never more than DKK 369 per bag per month. If you pick up at Copenhagen Central Station, you pay the collection plus the DSB locker fee. The calculator on this page shows your exact price.
How do I pick up my bags at Copenhagen Central Station?
When your bags are in the locker, we send you the locker number, the code and a photo. Go to the luggage lockers near the Istedgade exit, enter the code and take your bags. The guide on this page explains each step.
How long can I store my luggage?
With delivery, from a few hours to several months. In a Central Station locker, up to 10 days.
Can you deliver my bags to Copenhagen Airport?
Yes. Tell us your flight, and we deliver your bags at the agreed time.
Can I store boxes and a bike as well?
Yes, with delivery. Boxes, bikes, prams, skis and sports bags can be stored and delivered together with your suitcases.
How do I pay?
By card. Pay online when you book (recommended), or pay our driver by card at collection. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
My card is from the USA or outside Europe. Will it work?
Most cards work, but some cards from outside Europe, especially American cards, are declined on Danish card machines. Before your booking, tell your bank that you will use your card in Denmark, and bring a second card. The safest choice is to pay online when you book. If your card is declined at collection, our driver shows you a QR code so you can pay online on your phone, and we take your bags once the payment is through.
