The short answer
Denmark and Italy are both in the EU customs union, so there are no customs duties when goods move between them, and goods for your own or your family’s use need no customs declaration. Get It All Service ApS collects your boxes, suitcases, furniture or pallets at your door anywhere in Denmark and delivers them by road to the ground floor at your address in Italy, from Milan and Turin to Rome, Naples and the islands.

Before you book
The same safety rules apply on the road: no gas bottles, fuel, paint, aerosols or loose batteries, and tell us about anything heavy, fragile or valuable. Give the full Italian address with the 5-digit CAP postcode and the province, the name on the citofono (door entry), and tell us about historic centres with limited traffic zones, narrow streets or no lift.

Packing for the journey
Your goods travel a long way to Italy, so packing matters. Use strong boxes, tape every seam and write the contents on each box. Wrap furniture legs and corners, and take apart what can be taken apart. Before we load, we check that the packaging is ready for export and that the documents match the goods.
- Boxes: strong export boxes, taped on every seam and labelled with the contents.
- Pallets: wrapped, strapped and labelled, with the gross weight marked.
- Fragile items: wrapped one by one and marked clearly on the outside of the box.
- Crates: for items that need extra protection, custom wooden crates are quoted on request after we see the item.
Your list of goods
A clear list makes every shipment easier. Our shipping data sheet collects every item with quantity and value. Describe each item in plain words, for example “used sofa, three-seater” or “box of books”, and give an honest replacement value for everything together. Keep a copy of the list yourself, so you can check that everything has arrived when the goods reach Italy.
Collection anywhere in Denmark
We collect from your home, office, a warehouse or an agreed collection point anywhere in Denmark, so you never need to bring anything to us. If your goods are not ready to leave at the same time as you, they can wait at our warehouse in Albertslund until the agreed shipping date. See storage with collection and delivery.
What affects the price
- Volume and weight. Bulky items can have a chargeable weight that is higher than their actual weight.
- The delivery address in Italy and how easy it is to reach.
- The collection address in Denmark. The first 20 km from our base in Albertslund are included, then DKK 21 per km one way.
- The number of boxes, items and pallets, and whether anything needs extra packing.
You get a fixed price in writing before anything moves, and we reply within 2 to 24 hours. Business prices are excl. 25% VAT.
Good to know
We ship legal items only, and every shipment needs a full declaration of its contents. Gas bottles, fuel, paint, aerosols and loose batteries cannot go in the boxes. Duties, taxes, import permissions and clearance at the destination remain your responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Get It All Service ApS was founded on 26 April 2015 and is registered under CVR 36730595. Our base and warehouse are at Læhegnet 73 in Albertslund. We are insured with If Skadeforsikring, the team speaks English and Danish, and we are open Monday to Saturday 07:30–18:00 and Sunday 10:30–17:00.

Do I pay customs duty to send my belongings from Denmark to Italy?
No. Denmark and Italy are both in the EU customs union, so there are no customs duties on goods moving between them.
Do I need a customs declaration?

Can you deliver in a historic town centre?
Tell us the address and any limited traffic zone in your request, and we plan the delivery to the nearest accessible point on the ground floor.
Do you deliver upstairs?
Delivery is to the ground floor at street level. Carrying the goods upstairs is arranged by the receiver.
Can you collect outside Copenhagen?
Yes. We collect anywhere in Denmark. The first 20 km from our base in Albertslund are included, then DKK 21 per km one way.
Can my goods wait in storage before they ship?
Yes. They can wait at our warehouse in Albertslund until the agreed shipping date.
Can I send only a few boxes or suitcases?
Yes. Boxes, suitcases and bags can be shipped on their own or together with furniture.
How do I pay?
Private customers pay as agreed in the written price. Business customers receive an invoice with their CVR number.
Do you speak English?
Yes. The whole team speaks English and Danish, and we reply in both languages.
