Whether your ship docks at the new Oceankaj terminal in Nordhavn or at the historic Langelinie quay, we have your bags at your hotel before you finish clearing the gangway.

The three Copenhagen cruise terminals

Oceankaj — Nordhavn

Copenhagen’s largest and newest cruise terminal at Oceankaj, Nordhavn handles the biggest ships in the world. It is approximately 6 km from the city centre. We collect directly from the terminal building or the quayside as directed. Open Sundays 10:30–17:00 — most cruise arrivals are on Sunday mornings and we specifically keep our Sunday schedule to cover them.

Langeliniekaj — The Little Mermaid area

Langeliniekaj is Copenhagen’s most central cruise berth — just 5 minutes from the Little Mermaid and a 15-minute walk from Nyhavn. We collect from the terminal and deliver to any Copenhagen hotel. For passengers arriving at Langeliniekaj, your bags can be at your Nyhavn or city centre hotel within 30–45 minutes of handover.

Toldboden — Inner Harbour

Toldboden is the smallest of the three terminals, handling boutique and expedition cruise vessels in the inner harbour. It is the most centrally located of all three — within walking distance of Nyhavn, Kongens Nytorv and the Latin Quarter.

• Return — arrival and departure — from DKK 1,125 excl. VAT
• Oversized items (bike bag, golf bag, scooter) — +DKK 150 per item
• Enhanced insurance — DKK 500 flat fee for all bags in the transfer

Yes. We coordinate with hotel reception to deliver your bags before your check-in time where possible. Let us know your hotel and expected arrival time when booking.

Yes. We deliver to hotel reception and to Airbnb host key boxes or meet-and-greet points across Copenhagen.
