From the ship to your hotel, without the bags.
Get It All Service ApS collects and delivers luggage at the Copenhagen cruise terminals: Oceankaj in Nordhavn, Langeliniekaj by Langelinie, and Toldboden in the inner harbour. Hand your bags to our driver and explore the city, or travel straight to the airport, while your luggage goes where you need it.
Before embarkation we collect from your hotel or address and bring your luggage to the terminal, so you can enjoy your last hours in Copenhagen.
The terminals
All three Copenhagen cruise terminals.
Oceankaj, Nordhavn
The large terminal in Nordhavn, used by many of the biggest ships.
Langeliniekaj
The central quay by Langelinie, close to the city centre.
Toldboden
The inner harbour berth used by smaller ships.

DKK 994 incl. VAT (DKK 795 excl. VAT) for the first 1 to 3 bags.
Second delivery address
DKK 585 excl. VAT for an extra stop and handover.
Next-day Denmark
The planned price plus 20%.
Same-day Express
The planned price plus 50%, when a vehicle is available.

DKK 1,495 per bag excl. VAT for bags that need to go to another country.
Book both legs, arrival and departure, and the second leg is 10% off. Photos of the bags can be added to the booking, so they are easy to identify at handover.
Planning tips
Make the handover smooth.
- Give the ship and terminal. Oceankaj, Langeliniekaj or Toldboden, with the scheduled arrival or departure time.
- Count the bags. The price is set by the number of bags, so a correct count avoids changes on the day.
- Name the receiver. Who hands the bags over, and who receives them at the hotel or address.
- Keep your phone on. The driver calls when they are close.
Hotels and hosts
Delivered to reception or the door.
Most bags go to hotel reception, where they wait for you until check-in. For apartments and Airbnbs we agree the handover with you or your host. If nobody is available, we do not leave luggage unattended unless a safe handover has been agreed in advance.

Next-day and same-day.

Groups and operators
Tour operators, agents and cruise groups.
Tour operators, travel agents and group leaders can book luggage handling for whole groups. One GIA van carries up to 80 pieces, and we add vans as needed. Prices for companies are shown excl. VAT, and an invoice is available.

A real company with a fixed address.
Get It All Service ApS was founded on 26 April 2015 and is registered under CVR 36730595. Our base and warehouse are at Læhegnet 73 in Albertslund, and our teams drive out from there across Greater Copenhagen and Zealand.
We are insured with If Skadeforsikring, and basic transport insurance is included on every job. The team speaks English and Danish, and we are open Monday to Saturday 07:30–18:00 and Sunday 10:30–17:00. You always get a written price before we start. Read more about us.

Which cruise terminals do you cover?

How much does it cost?
The first 1 to 3 bags cost DKK 994 incl. VAT (DKK 795 excl. VAT). The first 20 km of the route are included.
Do you work on Sundays?
Yes. We are open Sunday 10:30–17:00 and Monday to Saturday 07:30–18:00.
Can you take bags from the ship to the airport?
Yes. We collect at the terminal and deliver to Copenhagen Airport.
Can you handle a whole group?
Yes. One van carries up to 80 pieces, and we add vans as needed.
Can you deliver to two hotels?
Yes. A second delivery address costs DKK 585 excl. VAT.
Is my luggage insured?
Basic transport insurance is included, and we are insured with If Skadeforsikring.
Can I book online?
Yes. Eligible planned journeys can be booked and paid online by card.
Is there a discount for a return trip?
Yes. Book both arrival and departure, and the second leg is 10% off.
Do you speak English?
Yes. The whole team speaks English and Danish, and we reply in both languages.
