New-build dust, previous tenants or assembly mess: cleaned away before you arrive.
Unpacked and organised
Boxes unpacked, kitchen set up, wardrobes filled and the packaging gone.
Keys and photos
Keys collected from the landlord, agent or building office, and each room photographed for your move-in report.

Lifts and booking rules
Many Ørestad buildings have lifts, and some ask you to book the lift or loading area for move-in. Tell us the building rules and we follow them.
Underground parking
Some buildings have low underground garages. We check the height for our van and use the best entrance.
Houses in Sundby and Kastrup
Family houses usually mean more rooms and a garden shed or garage to set up. Add it to your notes.
Packaging away
We take cardboard and packaging with us, so it does not fill the shared bin room on your first day.

My building asks me to book the lift for move-in. Can you do that?
Usually the tenant books it, but we can contact the building office for you if you give us permission. Tell us the rules in the form.
Can you meet me at the airport with my luggage?
Yes. Add your flight number in the form, and we take your suitcases from Copenhagen Airport to your home.
How much does it cost?
You get one written price for the whole package before anything starts, based on what you need and the dates.
My keys are ready after I land. What then?
We store your furniture and boxes, and your luggage if you want, and bring everything home on the day the keys are ready.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are insured with If Skadeforsikring.
