Before we collect an international shipment, the carrier and customs need the same details: sender, receiver, packages, contents, value and any dangerous goods. All three versions ask for the same information. When you send it online, Get It All Service ApS receives it straight away as a PDF at info@giaservice.dk. If you use the PDF, email it to info@giaservice.dk with your reference.

What you need ready.
Sender and receiver
Full names, phone numbers with country code, email addresses and full street addresses with postcode.
Packages
How many boxes, suitcases or pallets, with the outside measurements in cm and the weight of each in kg.
Contents
One line per kind of item, in plain words such as “used cotton shirts”, with quantity and value. Add as many lines as you need.
Dangerous goods
Batteries, aerosols, perfume, paint, gas and similar items must be declared. Carriers return shipments with undeclared items.

What is the shipping data sheet?
It is the form Get It All Service ApS uses to collect the details that carriers and customs need for an international shipment or move from Denmark: sender, receiver, packages, contents, value, reason for export and dangerous goods.
Can I fill it in online?
Yes. Enter your name and email to start. Your answers are saved as you type, and we email you a personal link so you can continue later. When you send it, we receive it as a PDF.
Can I fill it in on my computer instead?
Yes. Download the fillable PDF, type into the fields, save it and email it to info@giaservice.dk.
Can I print it and fill it in by hand?
Yes. Download the PDF to print, fill it in with a pen, and email a photo or scan to info@giaservice.dk.
What if I have more items than there are lines?
Online, keep clicking “Add another item line” to add as many lines as you need. On the PDF, use the contents continuation sheet on the last page, and print or copy it as many times as you need.
Is my information safe?
We use the details only to arrange your shipment and share them only with the carriers and customs authorities that handle it. ID and tax numbers are stored encrypted, and uploads and ID numbers are deleted 60 days after delivery.
