Food and beverage companies exhibiting at Danish trade fairs — including FoodTech Herning, food industry events at Bella Center and the growing number of organic, specialty and artisan food fairs across Denmark — generate significant post-show logistics challenges. Display equipment, refrigeration units, branded packaging, product samples and promotional materials all need to be handled correctly after the event closes.
We have worked with food distribution companies to clear exhibition spaces quickly and correctly. Branded packaging and promotional materials that should not enter general waste are handled through secure destruction. Food product waste is disposed of in compliance with Danish environmental regulations. Display equipment is either returned to your depot or stored at ours.

Copenhagen is the fashion capital of Scandinavia. CIFF Copenhagen International Fashion Fair takes place biannually at Bella Center — one of Europe’s leading fashion trade platforms. Copenhagen Fashion Week (CPHFW) runs every January and August. CPH Vision in Charlottenlund draws international buyers and press each season. All three generate the same post-show logistics challenge: stands to clear, branded samples to handle, display garments to dispose of correctly.
Fashion companies have specific requirements that general waste removal companies cannot meet. Branded samples and promotional items must not reach secondary markets — they require secure destruction with documentation. Unsold display stock may need to return to the brand’s home country by road freight. We handle all of this, correctly, in a single visit.

IT equipment — monitors, computers, demonstration devices — must be disposed of via WEEE-certified channels and cannot simply go to general waste. We provide WEEE-compliant disposal with a certificate for all electronics. Branded materials require secure destruction. Display stands and packaging go through ARC eco-certification. All of it in a single visit, fully documented.
