Get It All Service ApS moves luggage between Copenhagen Airport (CPH, Kastrup) and hotels, apartments, Airbnbs and private addresses in Copenhagen and across Denmark. You hand your bags to our driver and travel into the city by metro, train or taxi without dragging suitcases. Your bags arrive at your address.
It works the other way too: we collect from your hotel or home and bring your luggage to the airport before your departure, so you can enjoy your last day hands-free.

DKK 994 incl. VAT (DKK 795 excl. VAT) for the first 1 to 3 bags.
Second delivery address
DKK 585 excl. VAT for an extra stop and handover.
Next-day Denmark
The planned price plus 20%.
Same-day Express
The planned price plus 50%, when a vehicle is available.

Choose the route, add your bags and send the booking. We confirm within 2 to 24 hours.
Meet the driver
We agree the meeting point and time. For arrivals we plan around your scheduled landing.
Hand over
Handover is recorded, and photos of the bags can be added to the booking.
Delivered
Your bags are handed over at the hotel reception or address you chose.
Every booking gets a GIA reference, so you can follow the journey on luggage tracking.

DKK 1,495 per bag excl. VAT for bags that need to go to another country.
Book both legs, arrival and departure, and the second leg is 10% off. Photos of the bags can be added to the booking, so they are easy to identify at handover.
Timed handover
When a flight depends on it.
For departures, a timed handover holds a vehicle and driver for your slot. We plan backwards from your departure time, so your bags are never the reason you wait. If a timing cannot be achieved safely, we tell you before we promise it.

Make the handover quick.
- Give your flight number and landing time. We plan the handover around it.
- Count your bags. The price is set by the number of bags.
- Tell us who receives them. Hotel reception, a host or yourself at a private address.
- Keep your phone on. The driver calls when they are close.
Hotels and hosts
Delivered to reception or the door.
Most bags go to hotel reception, where they wait for you until check-in. For apartments and Airbnbs we agree the handover with you or your host. If nobody is available, we do not leave luggage unattended unless a safe handover has been agreed in advance.
Groups and companies
Tours, teams and events.
Tour groups, sports teams, conference organisers and companies use us to move many bags at once. One van carries up to 80 pieces, and we add vans as needed. Hotels, agencies and companies can be invoiced, with prices shown excl. VAT.

A real company with a fixed address.
Get It All Service ApS was founded on 26 April 2015 and is registered under CVR 36730595. Our base and warehouse are at Læhegnet 73 in Albertslund, and our teams drive out from there across Greater Copenhagen and Zealand.
We are insured with If Skadeforsikring, and basic transport insurance is included on every job. The team speaks English and Danish, and we are open Monday to Saturday 07:30–18:00 and Sunday 10:30–17:00. You always get a written price before we start. Read more about us.

How much does an airport luggage transfer cost?
The first 1 to 3 bags cost DKK 994 incl. VAT (DKK 795 excl. VAT). The first 20 km of the route are included.
Do you work on Sundays?
Yes. We are open Sunday 10:30–17:00 and Monday to Saturday 07:30–18:00.
Can I book online?
Yes. Eligible planned journeys can be booked and paid online by card once the request is saved with its GIA reference.
Can you deliver to two addresses?
Yes. A second delivery address costs DKK 585 excl. VAT.
Is my luggage insured?
Basic transport insurance is included, and we are insured with If Skadeforsikring.
Can I track my bags?
Yes. Every booking has a GIA reference you can follow on our luggage tracking page.
Is there a discount for a return trip?
Yes. Book both arrival and departure, and the second leg is 10% off.
