We confirm a specific delivery window with you in advance — not a vague 8am–6pm slot. For premium items, we call ahead on the day to give you a precise 30-minute arrival window. You plan your day. We work around it.
Step 02 — Collection and transport
Protected from the moment we collect
Items are wrapped in professional furniture blankets, secured in our vehicle and transported with zero tolerance for careless handling. We do not stack items on top of each other. Nothing is dragged. High-value items are loaded individually.
Step 03 — Arrival and access
Floors, lifts, narrow staircases — handled
We carry items to any floor in any building — with or without a lift. We protect floors, walls and door frames during transit through your property. If access is complex, we plan for it before arrival. Nothing is left to chance.
Step 04 — Careful unpacking
Opened with care, not ripped apart
Packaging is removed methodically. Items are inspected before placement. If anything is damaged in transit, we document it immediately and notify you before the packaging is removed — so the claim process is clean.
Step 05 — Assembly and placement
Assembled, positioned, adjusted to your satisfaction
We assemble furniture to manufacturer specification using professional tools. Flat-pack, designer pieces, wall-mounted items — all included. We position the item exactly where you want it, adjust as needed, and do not leave until you are satisfied.
Step 06 — Complete cleanup
We take everything when we leave
All packaging, foam, plastic wrapping, cardboard boxes and material scraps are removed from your property and disposed of responsibly. When we leave, your space is exactly as it was — except for the new item placed perfectly in it.

Why is there no price on this page?
White Glove delivery is tailored to each job — the item, the location, the floor, the assembly complexity and the timing all affect the correct price. We do not publish a standard rate because a standard rate would not be accurate for your specific situation. Contact us and we will send you a confirmed price within 24 hours.
Do you assemble all types of furniture?
Yes — flat-pack furniture from IKEA and all other brands, designer pieces requiring specialist assembly, and most commercial furniture. The only exceptions are items requiring licensed electrical work or structural fixing to walls, which require a certified electrician or carpenter. We are clear about this before the job.
What happens if an item is damaged when we unpack it?
We document the damage immediately — photographed, reported to you before packaging is removed, and handled transparently. Our standard Tryg insurance covers transit damage. For high-value items, enhanced all-risks insurance can be arranged at 3.5% of declared value — confirm this when booking.
Can you collect from any store in Copenhagen?
Yes. We collect from IKEA (Gentofte or Taastrup), HAY, Muuto, Fritz Hansen, Gubi, Carl Hansen, MediaMarkt and any other Copenhagen retailer or supplier. You do not need to arrange transport separately.
Do you remove old furniture before placing the new item?
Yes — old item removal is an additional service included on request. We remove the existing piece, dispose of it through ARC eco-certified channels, and place the new item. This can be combined into a single visit.
How far in advance should I book?
For planned deliveries, 48–72 hours is ideal. For urgent or same-day requests, call +45 9384 1333 before 12:00 and we will do our best to accommodate. Premium bookings are given priority scheduling.
