GIA Service ApS runs a shared load / samlastning service on the Copenhagen–Sweden corridor. Multiple customers share van space on the same scheduled run. You pay for your portion. The price starts from DKK 3,495 excl. VAT for a small load and from DKK 4,995 for up to 210 kg. The Øresund Bridge crossing is included. Door-to-door collection and delivery is included.
We cover the full corridor — from Copenhagen and all of Denmark, through Malmö, Helsingborg, Gothenburg, Borås, Jönköping, Linköping, all the way to Stockholm and every city between. In both directions.
How shared load works
You book your slot. We consolidate your load with other customers shipping on the same route. When we have enough volume to make the run, we schedule the pickup — typically within 3–10 business days of booking, often faster. Your boxes travel securely in our van alongside other customers’ loads, each clearly separated and labelled. You receive delivery to your door at the destination.
If you are flexible on date, tell us. Date flexibility helps us consolidate faster and may allow us to offer you a better price on quieter runs.
Two service tiers
Shared load / samlastning — the cost-effective option for individuals and small businesses. Your load shares van space with other customers on the same corridor run. Pickup from your door. Delivery to the destination door. Scheduled within days of booking.
Full truck load — you book the entire van. Your date, your schedule, direct route. From DKK 8,790 for a Denmark–Sweden full move. Suitable for larger volumes or time-critical shipments.

Prices vary by corridor distance. Malmö and southern Sweden are priced lower than Gothenburg, Stockholm and northern Sweden. Contact us for a specific route quote.

Surcharges — stated clearly
Upper floor delivery: Ground floor delivery is included in the price. If your delivery address is above ground floor, a floor surcharge of DKK 150 per floor applies. Please confirm your floor when booking.
Self-delivery discount: If you prefer to deliver your boxes to a central meeting point (Malmö Centralstation, Helsingborg, Gothenburg Centralstation or similar) instead of door collection, we offer a DKK 500 discount off the standard price. Same discount applies for self-collection from our Albertslund depot on the Denmark end.
Waiting time: Our driver waits up to 15 minutes at no charge. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes is charged at DKK 395 per 30 minutes commenced. Please ensure everything is ready for collection before our driver arrives.
Documentation requirement
All cross-border shipments require a basic contents inventory list — a simple one-page form we send you at booking. You list your box contents by category (clothing, books, kitchen items, electronics etc.) and confirm ownership. This takes five minutes to complete and is required before collection.
