Junk removal after moving out — Furnished rentals that were home for one or two years leave behind a collection of IKEA furniture that needs to go somewhere. We collect from your apartment, coordinate access with building management if you have already left, and send photo confirmation when everything is clear.
IKEA and flat-pack furniture assembly — The nearest IKEA is in Taastrup, forty minutes from Nordhavn. We collect from IKEA and deliver to your door. Or we assemble what you already have in boxes. PAX wardrobes, bed frames, dining tables, full room sets. A two-person team does in three hours what takes one person a Sunday and most of their patience.
Storage during transitions — Nordhavn lease overlaps and handover gaps are common. Possession on the 1st, current lease ending on the 15th. Furniture needs somewhere for two weeks. Nordhavn buildings and access — what we know
The new-build residential towers in Nordhavn — along Orientkaj, Sundkrogsgade, Færgehavnsvej and the Kronløbsøen waterfront — follow a similar pattern: freight lift access, reserved loading zones and building management coordination required for moves. We handle all of this as standard. When you book with us, we ask the right questions upfront so the day runs without interruption.
The older converted industrial buildings around Amerika Plads and the southern Nordhavn waterfront have different access profiles — often narrower stairwells and no freight lift. We assess before quoting. The floor surcharge of DKK 150 per floor above ground always appears as a visible line in your quote before you confirm anything.
