Western European design brands — from Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Switzerland — are a growing presence at Copenhagen’s major design events. 3 Days of Design (June annually) attracts hundreds of international exhibitors. CIFF (Bella Center, August) draws fashion brands from across Europe. Get It All Service ApS provides post-show logistics for all of them: collection, storage, disposal and return freight to origin.
Belgium — design brands exhibiting in Copenhagen
Belgian design organisations send curated selections of furniture, lighting, textile and tableware brands to 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen annually. These brands need post-show logistics on the closing evening — collection from Copenhagen venues, short-term storage, and return road freight to Belgium. VAT. EU — no customs clearance. CMR documentation included.
France — design, fashion and gastronomy in Copenhagen
French brands at Copenhagen Fashion Week and CIFF need post-show clearance, branded sample disposal and return freight. VAT. EU — no customs. CMR included.
Netherlands — Dutch design brands in Copenhagen
Dutch furniture and design brands exhibit at 3 Days of Design and Material Matters at Gammel Dok, Christianshavn annually. VAT. EU — no customs.
Switzerland — premium Swiss brands in Copenhagen
Swiss furniture and design brands have an established Copenhagen showroom and exhibition presence. Switzerland is not EU — customs documentation required in both directions. We handle Danish export documentation and coordinate with your Swiss freight forwarder. VAT.
Post-show logistics — what we provide
Evening collection from any Copenhagen venue on the closing day. Furniture blankets, floor protection, professional team. Multiple brands coordinated simultaneously if required. Storage at secure Albertslund depot. Return freight to any European destination. Display structures and packaging sorted for recycling, with documentation of what was collected on request.

Before the show
Many brands ship stands, furniture and samples to Denmark ahead of the event. We can receive deliveries at our warehouse in Albertslund, check them against your packing list, photograph them and store them until the build-up day. On the agreed day we deliver to the venue and can help carry the goods to your stand.
On the closing day
Closing evenings are busy, and venues often need halls emptied quickly. Tell us the venue, the stand number, the closing time and what needs to go, and we plan the team and vehicles so your stand is packed and loaded on time. Furniture blankets and floor protection come with the team. If several brands from the same country or delegation exhibit together, we can coordinate them in one plan.
After the show
What happens next is up to you: goods can go back to your country by road, wait in storage in Albertslund for the next event, be delivered to a customer or showroom in Denmark, or be sorted for recycling. For Switzerland, which is outside the EU, customs documentation is needed in both directions, and customs formalities stay with you or your appointed broker.

Every exhibition job is different, so we give a written quote per job. The more you tell us about the venue, the volume and the timing, the faster and more accurate the quote. Quotes and invoices are in English, and you have one contact from the first email to the last delivery.
