In short
You should not have to fly to Denmark to empty a home.
When a parent or relative passes away in Denmark and the family lives abroad, the home still has to be emptied, cleaned and handed over, often within weeks. We do the practical work on the ground and agree every step with you by email or phone. You see the home in photos and a video we send you.
Get It All Service ApS is a Danish service and logistics company in Copenhagen since 2015, registered under CVR 36730595, with our own warehouse at Læhegnet 73, 2620 Albertslund, and a team that speaks English and Danish. We are insured with If Skadeforsikring. Every estate clearance (in Danish: rydning af dødsbo) gets a written price before anything starts, and nothing leaves the home until you have agreed.
How it works
From the keys to the handover, step by step.
1. Keys and a first look
We collect the keys from the lawyer, the landlord, a neighbour or a key box, film the home room by room and send you the video. You see every room before you decide anything.
2. Photo list and your choices
We make a photo list of the contents, room by room. You mark what to keep, what to give to family, what to donate and what can be recycled. Papers, photo albums and personal letters are set aside for you.
3. Keepsakes sent to you
What you keep is packed with care and shipped to you abroad, or stored in our warehouse until the estate is settled.
4. Donate and recycle
Usable furniture, clothes and household things go to charity shops where possible. The rest is sorted and taken to the recycling station, the way our home junk removal always works. A rented storage unit too? See storage unit cleanout.
5. Cleaning
The empty home is cleaned for the landlord’s move-out inspection or for the sale, with move-out cleaning from DKK 65 per m² excl. VAT.
6. Handover with photos
We hand the keys to the landlord, the estate agent or the lawyer, and send you photos of the empty, clean home.
Working with the estate
For heirs, lawyers and estate administrators.
We work for the family or for the person handling the estate (the lawyer or estate administrator, in Danish bobestyrer). Tell us who decides, and we only take instructions from that person. The invoice can go to the estate. We do not value or buy items. If you want an auction house or a dealer to look at furniture, art or jewellery first, we wait, and we can deliver items to the one you choose.
Do I need to come to Denmark?
No. We collect the keys, send you a video of the home and a photo list and agree every step with you by email or phone. You do not need to travel for the clearance.
Can you ship family belongings to me abroad?
Yes. We pack keepsakes, photos, furniture and boxes and ship them to you in Europe or further away, by written quote.
What happens to the things nobody keeps?
Usable items go to charity shops where possible, and the rest is sorted and recycled. Nothing is thrown away before you have seen the photos and said yes.
How much does an estate clearance cost?
It depends on the size of the home, how full it is and what you want shipped or stored. You get one written price for the whole job before anything starts. Move-out cleaning starts from DKK 65 per m² excl. VAT.
How fast can you empty the home?
Tell us the date the home must be empty in the form on this page. Once the choices are made, your written price includes the plan and the days we need.
Who can give you instructions?
The heir, the family member handling the estate, or the lawyer or estate administrator. Tell us who decides, and we take instructions only from that person.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are insured with If Skadeforsikring with transport/goods insurance and business liability insurance.
