Do you clean on Sundays?
Yes — we are open Sundays 10:30–17:00. Many Airbnb check-outs happen on Sundays. We clean between the outgoing and incoming guest on the same day, including Sundays.
I live abroad — how do you access the apartment?
We coordinate key access with your check-out/check-in process — physical key collection, smart lock codes or key box codes. Many of our clients manage their Copenhagen properties remotely from other countries. We send photo confirmation after every clean so you see the result without being there.
What if a guest causes damage?
We photograph and report any damage or issues discovered during the clean immediately — before the next guest arrives and before your Airbnb insurance claim window closes. You receive the report by email with timestamps and photos within an hour of discovery.
Do you provide cleaning supplies and materials?
Yes — our team brings professional cleaning supplies. For linen changes and guest supply restocking, we can either manage this on your behalf (coordination fee applies) or use your own supplies left at the property. Confirmed in your service agreement.
Can you clean apartments in Nørrebro, Østerbro, Frederiksberg and other areas?
Yes. We cover all Copenhagen neighbourhoods and the wider Copenhagen area including Frederiksberg, Nørrebro, Østerbro, Vesterbro, Indre By, Amager, Hellerup and Gentofte. For areas more than 20 km from the city centre, a small travel surcharge may apply — confirmed before your first booking.
Is servicefradrag available on Airbnb cleaning?
Servicefradrag (27% Danish tax deduction on home service labour) applies to cleaning services in your primary residence. For properties used as Airbnb rentals, the tax situation is more complex — we recommend confirming eligibility with SKAT or your accountant. We issue receipts in the correct format regardless.
