Partner hotels have a dedicated contact number and email for concierge team use. One message or call with the guest details, the request and the timing — we confirm and handle. No forms, no quoting process. Pre-agreed rates apply to all standard services.
Are you open on Sundays?
Yes — Sundays 10:30–17:00. This is one of the primary reasons hotel concierge teams use GIA Service. International guests arrive on Sundays. Cruise ships dock on Sundays. Most logistics companies in Denmark do not operate on Sundays. We do.
How do you handle confidentiality for VIP guests?
We do not discuss guest names, room numbers, hotel details or the contents of any request with any third party. Our team understands that the guest’s privacy is non-negotiable. This is operating procedure — not something we need to be reminded of.
Can you handle purchasing delivery for guests — art, furniture, large items?

What if a guest has an urgent same-day request?
