Western European design brands — from Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Switzerland — are a growing presence at Copenhagen’s major design events. 3 Days of Design (June annually) attracts hundreds of international exhibitors. CIFF (Bella Center, August) draws fashion brands from across Europe. Get It All Service ApS provides post-show logistics for all of them: collection, storage, disposal and return freight to origin.
Belgium — design brands exhibiting in Copenhagen
Belgian design organisations send curated selections of furniture, lighting, textile and tableware brands to 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen annually. These brands need post-show logistics on the closing evening — collection from Copenhagen venues, short-term storage, and return road freight to Belgium. VAT. EU — no customs clearance. CMR documentation included.
France — design, fashion and gastronomy in Copenhagen
French brands at Copenhagen Fashion Week and CIFF need post-show clearance, branded sample disposal and return freight. VAT. EU — no customs. CMR included.
Netherlands — Dutch design brands in Copenhagen
Dutch furniture and design brands exhibit at 3 Days of Design and Material Matters at Gammel Dok, Christianshavn annually. VAT. EU — no customs.
Switzerland — premium Swiss brands in Copenhagen
Swiss furniture and design brands have an established Copenhagen showroom and exhibition presence. Switzerland is not EU — customs documentation required in both directions. We handle Danish export documentation and coordinate with your Swiss freight forwarder. VAT.
Post-show logistics — what we provide
Evening collection from any Copenhagen venue on the closing day. Furniture blankets, floor protection, professional team. Multiple brands coordinated simultaneously if required. Storage at secure Albertslund depot. Return freight to any European destination. Disposal of display structures and packaging via ARC eco-certification with disposal certificate on request.
