Our pallet services in Denmark
Pallet receipt and unloading We receive incoming pallets at our Albertslund depot from any carrier—standard European pallets (1200×800 EUR), half pallets, industrial pallets, and non-standard sizes. We unload, inspect, and log every pallet on arrival and notify you immediately by email.
Flexible pallet storage Short-term and long-term pallet storage at our secure Copenhagen-area depot. Whether you need storage for 3 days or 3 months, we provide flexible terms without forcing you into a long-term contract. Storage is managed per pallet per day — you only pay for what you use.
Warehouse handling: We handle goods on your behalf—restacking damaged pallets, repackaging where necessary, labeling for onward delivery, and consolidating multiple smaller shipments onto single pallets for more efficient distribution.
Last-mile delivery — Copenhagen and Denmark We deliver pallets to their final destination across Copenhagen, Greater Copenhagen, and all of Denmark. Our delivery routes cover Copenhagen daily, Greater Zealand two to three times per week, and national routes to Aarhus, Odense, and Aalborg. Express and same-day delivery within Copenhagen is available for bookings confirmed before 12:00.
Distribution to retailers and businesses Store delivery to retail locations, offices, and commercial premises across Denmark. We deliver during business hours, obtain proof of delivery, and report back to you on every completed delivery.
Cross-docking For goods that need to transit through Denmark without extended storage — arriving from one carrier and departing immediately on another — we provide cross-docking services at our Albertslund depot with fast turnaround.

How to get started
Step 1 — Email us your requirements Send info@giaservice.dk a brief description of what you need—how many pallets, where they are coming from, where they need to go, and your timeline. Include your company name and VAT number if you have one.
Step 2 — Receive a confirmed quote We reply within 2 hours on business days with a clear price excluding VAT. For ongoing arrangements, we send a formal service agreement.
Step 3 — Ship your pallets to our depot. Ship to our Albertslund depot address—we will provide the full delivery address and receiving instructions when we confirm your booking. We notify you when pallets arrive.
Step 4—We store, handle and deliver We manage your inventory at our depot and deliver to your customers or retail partners across Denmark on the agreed schedule. You receive confirmation and proof of delivery on every completed delivery.
