The Canary Islands are different
The Canary Islands are part of Spain but outside the EU VAT area, so shipments there have extra formalities. Ask us before you book a delivery to the Canary Islands.

Before you book
No gas bottles, fuel, paint, aerosols or loose batteries in the boxes. Give the full Spanish address with the 5-digit postcode, the urbanisation or building name and the floor and door (for example 2º B), and tell us about gated communities, access codes or a porter.

Do I pay customs duty to send my belongings from Denmark to Spain?

Do you deliver upstairs?
Delivery is to the ground floor at street level. Carrying the goods upstairs is arranged by the receiver.
