The short answer

Personal and household items shipped to New Zealand are cleared with the New Zealand Customs Service form NZCS 218, Bring personal household items into New Zealand. Customs lists the documents that go with it: a copy of your passport (photo ID), a packing list, purchase invoices or receipts, and an MPI (Ministry for Primary Industries) supplementary biosecurity declaration.

Checklist

  • Form NZCS 218
  • A copy of your passport photo page
  • A packing list of everything in the shipment (our shipping data sheet produces it)
  • Purchase invoices or receipts where you have them
  • The MPI supplementary biosecurity declaration

Before you book

New Zealand checks every shipment for biosecurity. Clean shoes, outdoor gear, bikes and garden tools before packing, and describe each item in plain words, for example “used tent, cleaned and dry”.

How Get It All Service ApS helps

We collect your boxes, furniture or pallets at your door anywhere in Denmark and ship them to your New Zealand address.
