Sydhavn and Islands Brygge. Waterfront Copenhagen. Found before the crowds did.
Sydhavn is one of Copenhagen’s most significant urban development stories. Sluseholmen, Teglholmen, Havneholmen and the new residential canal district represent years of transformation from post-industrial port land to one of the most interesting places to live in the greater Copenhagen area. The population here is international, young and growing — creative and technology professionals from across Europe, families who discovered that a canalside townhouse in Sydhavn offers more than anything they could find in central Copenhagen for the same money.
Islands Brygge is older, more established, and consistently popular. The harbour baths in summer, the long waterfront promenade, the ferry connection to the city centre and the cycling distance to Vesterbro and Nørrebro give Islands Brygge residents the combination that keeps the neighbourhood in demand.
Get It All Service ApS works across both areas. We know the Sluseholmen island access restrictions, the bridge width limitations that affect van positioning, and the freight lift booking requirements in the newer residential blocks. We know the variation in Islands Brygge’s housing stock — from converted harbour warehouses with generous loft ceilings to newer waterfront buildings with standard lift access.
