North Zealand — Nordsjælland — is one of the most visited parts of Denmark. Every summer, thousands of tourists, cycling groups, luxury car enthusiasts, hotel guests and international visitors travel through Helsingør, Humlebæk, Hornbæk, Hillerød, Fredensborg, Gilleleje, Tisvildeleje and along the entire Danish Riviera coastline. They all face the same challenge: too much luggage, too much to carry, too beautiful a landscape to spend the day managing bags.
GIA Service ApS provides professional luggage transfer across all of North Zealand. We collect your bags from any address — hotel, café, ferry terminal, train station, cycling start point — and deliver them to your destination before you arrive. You travel light. Your bags travel with us.
Why North Zealand needs a luggage transfer service
North Zealand is known as the Danish Riviera. The coastline from Hellerup through Humlebæk to Helsingør and onwards to Hornbæk and Gilleleje is one of the most beautiful stretches of road in Scandinavia. Every weekend — and every day in summer — it fills with cyclists, walkers, drivers and visitors from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany and across Europe.
The challenge is the same every time: beautiful roads, beautiful hotels, beautiful restaurants — and heavy luggage that gets in the way of experiencing all of it. A cycling group cannot pedal the Strandvejen coastal route carrying panniers full of overnight bags. A family visiting Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Humlebæk does not want to drag suitcases around one of the world’s great art museums. A ferry passenger crossing from Helsingborg to Helsingør arrives with everything they packed for a Scandinavian road trip.
We solve this. Collect the bags. Deliver them to the hotel. The guests arrive to find everything waiting.

We work with tour operators and travel agencies
If you are a tour operator, travel agency or concierge service running programmes in North Zealand, we offer standing contracts with pre-agreed rates. One call or email from your coordinator — we handle every transfer. Single monthly invoice. Priority scheduling for regular clients.
We currently operate a seasonal luggage transfer contract for a luxury cycling tour operator running a multi-week Sunday programme through North Zealand. Every Sunday, bags collected from a stage endpoint along the Strandvejen corridor and delivered to the hotel in Helsingør. The guests cycle in. Their bags are already there.
This is the model for any North Zealand tour programme. Contact us to discuss a contract: info@giaservice.dk or +45 9384 1333.
