We are based in Albertslund, Copenhagen, and operate across all of Denmark. For larger projects we also travel to Sweden, Norway, and Germany. Whether you need a flat cleared in Copenhagen, a warehouse cleaned out in Aarhus, or a property prepared for new tenants in Odense—we handle everything and report back to you with photos and confirmation.

Who we help — international customers across Denmark

International companies’ offices, retail units, warehouses, and commercial properties in Denmark that need logistics support, clearance, cleaning, or relocation services. We act as your local operations team—you brief us remotely, and we execute on the ground.

Foreign landlords and property investors: You own a property in Denmark but live in another country. A tenant has left, the flat needs clearing and cleaning, or you need furniture assembled before new tenants move in. We coordinate everything, including key collection, carry out the work, and send you photographic confirmation before and after.

Relocation agencies and HR departments You are managing the relocation of employees to or from Denmark and need a single reliable local service provider who can handle moving, cleaning, and assembly. We integrate with your relocation process and communicate clearly in English throughout.

Services we provide for international customers in Denmark

Moving and relocation—all of Denmark, local and long-distance moves for apartments, houses, and offices. We handle packing, loading, transport, and unloading in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg, Roskilde, Helsingør, Køge, Holbæk, and beyond. For international moves departing Denmark to France, Germany, the UK, Sweden, Norway, and the rest of Europe—we coordinate cross-border transport as part of your quotation.

Junk removal and property clearance Full clearance of homes, apartments, basements, attics, garages, offices, and warehouses. We remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, rubbish, and any other items you need gone. Everything is disposed of responsibly in line with Danish environmental regulations — usable items donated to genbrugsstationer and charity organizations before disposal.

Cleaning services: professional house cleaning, office cleaning, and end-of-tenancy cleaning across Denmark. We clean to the deposit-return standard for private tenancies and to the inspection-ready standard for commercial properties. Servicefradrag (27% tax deduction on labor costs) applies for private customers in Denmark.

Furniture assembly: Assembly of flat-pack furniture from IKEA and all other brands at your property in Denmark. If you are preparing a flat for new tenants or furnishing an office remotely, we assemble everything and leave the space ready to use. We can coordinate key collection with your agent or tenant.

Luggage and item transfer Special transport and delivery tasks in Copenhagen, including airport luggage transfer at CPH Kastrup; cruise terminal pickup and delivery at Oceankaj, Langeliniekaj, and Toldboden; hotel-to-hotel transfers; and private address deliveries.

Pallet delivery and storage If your business ships goods to Denmark and needs a local logistics partner for last-mile delivery, warehouse handling, or short-term pallet storage in the Copenhagen area, we provide a flexible pallet delivery and storage service from our Albertslund depot.

International projects — Scandinavia and Europe For corporate relocations and larger cross-border projects, we travel to Sweden, Norway, and Germany. All international projects are quoted individually—email us with the full scope, and we will respond with a detailed proposal.


How to book from abroad — step by step

Step 1—Contact us by email: Email info@giaservice.dk with photos, a video walkthrough, a written description of what needs doing, and the full address of the property in Denmark. The more detail you provide, the more accurate and faster our quote will be.

Step 2 — Receive your confirmed quote We reply within 2 hours on business days with a clear, itemised price excl. 25% Danish VAT. No hidden fees. No commitment required at this stage.

Step 3 — Coordinate access We work directly with your tenant, estate agent, building manager, or key safe to arrange access to the property. You do not need to be in Denmark or arrange access yourself.

Step 4 — Job completed and confirmed We complete the work and send you photographic confirmation before and after, along with written confirmation of disposal or completion for your records. Payment is made after the job is done.
