Your request is with Get It All Service ApS. We reply with a clear price by email or phone.

When you book a moving service with Get It All Service ApS, you do not need to specify a van size. We assess the volume of your move and send the right vehicle automatically. But understanding what fits in each vehicle helps you describe your belongings accurately — which means a more accurate quote and no surprises on moving day.

This guide covers the vehicles we actually use in Copenhagen — our streets, our prices, our rules. Not a generic guide copied from another country.

The vehicles Get It All Service ApS uses

Small van — single items and same-day deliveries

Used for single item deliveries, small junk removal jobs and same-day collections from any Copenhagen store. Ideal for one sofa, a mattress or up to 15 boxes.

Best for: sofa removal, mattress removal, store-to-home delivery from IKEA Taastrup or IKEA Gentofte, small same-day jobs.
Fits in: all Copenhagen streets including tight Nørrebro and Vesterbro side streets.

Sending goods on pallets rather than moving home? See our guide to pallet and courier prices in Copenhagen 2026, which compares shared pallet networks with a dedicated tail-lift van.

Large van — 1 to 2 room moves and regular junk removal

Our most commonly used vehicle. Box length 4.4 metres. Handles 1–2 room apartment moves, multi-item junk removal and regular furniture deliveries.

Important: items longer than 4.4 metres require special arrangement — always tell us the exact dimensions in advance. For items up to 5.5 metres we can leave the left tailgate open and secure with a 1-metre overhang, which is permissible under Danish road regulations for properly secured cargo.

Best for: 1-bedroom apartment moves, full junk removal from a 2-room flat, same-day delivery with assembly.
Capacity: 15–30 boxes plus key furniture.

Moving truck — full apartments and house moves

For complete moves of 2–4 rooms, estate clearances and large junk removal jobs. Handles the full contents of a Copenhagen apartment in a single load — furniture, white goods, boxes and all.

Best for: 2–4 room apartment moves, full estate clearances, large office clearances.
Capacity: 30–60 boxes plus complete apartment furniture.
All our fixed moving prices are based on this vehicle.

What to tell us so we send the right vehicle

When you contact us for a quote, give us:

– Number of rooms being moved
– Any oversized items — sofa length, wardrobe height, carpet dimensions
– Approximate number of boxes (a rough estimate is fine)
– Very heavy items — anything over 80 kg, such as a piano, safe or gym equipment
– Floor number at both addresses, and whether a lift is available
– Any access issues — narrow gate, no parking, steep staircase

You do not need to calculate cubic metres or specify a vehicle type. Give us this list and we handle the rest.

Fixed moving prices in Copenhagen — excl. 25% Danish VAT

Get It All Service ApS charges a fixed price based on apartment size — not by the hour. The price in the quote is the price on the invoice.

Up to 30 m² — DKK 4,385 excl. VAT (DKK 4,981 incl. VAT)
Up to 50 m² — DKK 6,585 excl. VAT (DKK 7,481 incl. VAT)
Up to 70 m² — DKK 8,785 excl. VAT (DKK 9,981 incl. VAT)
Up to 90 m² — DKK 11,765 excl. VAT (DKK 13,369 incl. VAT)
Up to 110 m² — DKK 15,395 excl. VAT (DKK 17,494 incl. VAT)

Additional charges confirmed in every quote:
Floor surcharge: DKK 195 per floor above street level
Heavy item surcharge: applies for items over 80 kg
Weekend rate: approximately 15% higher than weekday rate
Furniture lift (flyttelift): DKK 2,500–4,000 when required for large items to upper floors

When do you need a furniture lift (flyttelift)?

A furniture lift is an external hoist that lifts large items vertically outside the building directly to an upper floor window or balcony. You need one when:

– An item is too large to carry through the stairwell or building lift
– The item is very heavy and stairwell carry is not safe
– The destination is 4th floor or above with a non-modular heavy item

We arrange furniture lifts through specialist contractors and include the cost in your quote — typically DKK 2,500–4,000 depending on height and hours. We confirm whether one is needed once you tell us the item dimensions and floor number.
