Get It All Service ApS provides professional, discreet, and compassionate hoarding cleanup and property clearance services across Copenhagen, Greater Copenhagen, and all of Denmark. We understand that hoarding situations are not simply about removing junk—they involve real people, real emotions, and often years of complex circumstances. We approach every job with care, patience, and complete confidentiality.
Our English-speaking team is available Monday–Saturday 07:30–18:00 and Sunday 10:30–17:00. We serve private individuals, families, landlords, social workers, and property managers across Denmark.
Hoarding disorder affects a significant number of people in Denmark and across Scandinavia. It is recognized by Danish health authorities as a genuine psychological condition—not a lifestyle choice or a matter of laziness. The accumulation of items can make a home unsafe, create fire hazards, affect relationships, and make daily life extremely difficult.
At Get It All Service ApS, we do not judge. We do not rush. We work at a pace that respects the person whose home we are in, whether that is the individual themselves, a family member acting on their behalf, or a landlord dealing with a property situation after a tenancy ends.
We bring the practical skills — the sorting, the carrying, the disposal, the recycling — and we combine them with the patience and sensitivity that this type of job genuinely requires.
Initial assessment and free estimate Before any work begins, we assess the property and give you a confirmed price. This can be done in person or, for sensitive situations, by photo or video if the individual prefers not to have visitors before they are ready. No commitment required at this stage.
Compassionate sorting: We do not throw everything away. We work through items carefully, identifying what can be kept, what can be donated to Danish genbrugsstationer and charity organizations, and what needs to be disposed of. If the individual is present and wishes to be involved in decisions, we work alongside them at their pace.
Full removal and clearance Everything that is leaving the property is sorted, bagged, loaded, and removed by our team. You do not need to carry anything or organise transport. We handle the entire physical process.
Responsible disposal: Usable items are donated before they are disposed of. Electronics go to certified Danish e-waste facilities. Hazardous materials—old paint, chemicals, batteries—are handled according to Danish environmental regulations. We do not simply fill a skip and drive to the tip.
Deep clean coordination After the clearance, if the property requires professional cleaning before it is habitable or ready for handover, we can coordinate this as part of the same booking. Our cleaning team is available across Copenhagen and Greater Copenhagen.
Full confidentiality: We treat every hoarding clearance with complete discretion. We do not discuss jobs with third parties, we do not post identifiable images online, and we do not share customer information. Your privacy and the privacy of the person whose home we are working in are protected at all times.
Individuals seeking help for themselves Taking the step to ask for help with a hoarding situation is significant and takes courage. If you are ready to start, we are ready to help—at your pace, on your terms, with no judgment. Email us at info@giaservice.dk and we can discuss the situation confidentially before you commit to anything.
Family members acting on behalf of a loved one: It is common for family members to take the first step when a parent, sibling, or relative is struggling with hoarding. We work with families regularly and understand the complexity of these situations — including cases where the individual is not yet fully on board with the clearance process.
Social workers and care professionals We work alongside Danish social services, care professionals, and housing support workers on property clearances where a client needs help. We are experienced in coordinating access, working sensitively with vulnerable individuals, and completing jobs efficiently within the constraints of a care plan.
Landlords and property managers When a tenancy ends and a property has been left in a hoarding condition, the clearance needs to be handled professionally and documented for insurance and deposit purposes. We provide written confirmation of disposal and can coordinate the entire clearance and cleaning process.
Housing associations—andelsboligforeninger and ejerforeninger. We handle hoarding clearances for housing associations across Copenhagen where a resident’s situation has created a problem for the shared building or neighbors.
Customers in Aarhus, Odense and Aalborg We travel to Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg, and other Danish cities for full hoarding clearances. These are larger jobs by nature, which makes travel to other parts of Denmark practical. Email us with your situation, and we will confirm availability.
Every hoarding cleanup is different—the volume, the condition of items, the number of floors, the level of sorting required and the time needed all vary significantly from property to property. We always assess before quoting, and we always confirm the price before starting.
All prices exclude 25% Danish VAT.

Does the person have to be present during the cleanup? No. We can work with family members, landlords, or social workers on behalf of an individual. If the person wishes to be present and involved, we welcome that and work at their pace. If they prefer not to be there, we work efficiently and report back on what was removed, donated, and disposed of.
Will you photograph the property? We may take photographs for our own records and quality assurance. We never publish identifiable images of hoarding properties. All images are treated as confidential. If you prefer no photographs at all, simply tell us and we will respect that completely.
Can you work with a professional organizer? Yes. If a therapist, psychologist, or professional organizer is involved in supporting the individual, we are happy to coordinate with them. We have worked alongside care professionals on a number of jobs and understand how to fit into a broader support plan.
What happens to donated items? Usable furniture, clothing, household items, and appliances are donated to Danish charity organizations and genbrugsstationer wherever possible. We believe strongly in genbrug—giving items a second life—and we document what was donated if required.
Is this service available in all of Denmark? Our primary service area is Copenhagen and Greater Copenhagen. For full hoarding clearances in Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg, and other Danish cities, we travel when the job size justifies it. Email us with your situation, and we will be straightforward about whether we can help.
